In addition to performing all the tasks expected of a realtor with meticulous dedication, she also handled all kinds of logistical challenges required to ready our property for showing to prospective tenants. We rarely had to contact her about any of the innumerable details involved in purchasing and then renting out a property because she almost always contacted us first -- giving us updates, calling issues to our attention, recommending solutions and then overseeing the implementation of those solutions.
