My wife and I were given Erica's name by some close friends, who highly recommended her based on their experience selling a house. We contacted Erica, and began the process of looking at homes to purchase. Throughout the process, she proved to be extremely patient (even after showing us dozens of houses) as well as insightful, guiding us towards our ideal house. We started with a lower budget, but couldn't find anything we could see ourselves in. Once we raised the budget to a more realistic level, we were able to find an awesome home, and she helped us to purchase it for a very reasonable price.

She's extremely friendly and personable, but also an absolute professional when it comes to her job. She's aggressive (in a good way) during negotiations, but experienced enough to know when to back off or walk away. We will definitely be contacting her for any future business, such as reselling our house one day.
