Erica provides a professional experience along with a caring and personal attitude. She is responsive and timely to your requests. Our plan was to relocate in the next 6 months or so. Erica understood our situation and provided good advice on the areas of the home we needed to provide cosmetic repairs in order to be ready to move when we wanted. She was there when the appraiser went through the home to point out the features that would assist in obtaining a fair and justifiable appraisal. After the sale she assisted in informing the new residents with a few small issues that occurred.
