Erica is the reason our purchase went through. She picked up while everyone else was on vacation, ran down contractors while the sellers were out of the country, and personally delivered pertinent items to the county offices to move the process along as opposed to waiting for snail mail. We highly recommend her and are using her for our own home sale as well.
