My wife and I were given Erica's name by some close friends, who highly recommended her based on their experience selling a house. We contacted Erica, and began the process of looking at homes to purchase. Erica made us wish that all service providers would perform as she did. In addition to performing all the tasks expected of a realtor with meticulous dedication, she also handled all kinds of logistical challenges required to ready our property for showing to prospective tenants.
