If your looking to buy a home or trying to sell your existing home Erica is the person you NEED to help make the process as seamless as possible. My wife and I just happened to walk into one of her open houses in Panther Valley and we were immediately taken in with her exuberance and honesty. While the home that she was showing was very nice we were looking for something a little newer. She offered to let a friend who was there keeping her company and who happened to also be a real estate agent show us another listing of hers in the same neighborhood. Although we did not buy that house we left our name and number with her and she promised to give us a call so we could set up a meeting to be shown a couple of properties that had not hit the market.

I have to say that I have a very low tolerance for nonsense. We previously had another agent who kept showing us properties that were not matching up with the guidelines that we specifically set, were out of our budget and never once gave us the impression that she could negotiate the price down. That got tired real quick and we decided to just scour Zillow, Trulia, etc.... and go look at homes on our own. This is how we happened to walk into Erica's open house. Needless to say the rest was history.

Erica was extremely honest and either answered or returned all our calls. She told us which homes were overpriced and how much was negotiable. I know this is what agents are supposed to do and someone reading this might even think we got exactly what we paid for when hiring her but like I already stated I have a REAL low tolerance for nonsense. I TRUSTED this woman with the biggest acquisition in my life to date. She went above and beyond by getting the contract done ASAP, helping with the inspection and even giving us the number to a lender that she works with that beat our previous best offer by couple of points. She helped save us so much money on this deal. Even when the closing got delayed because the seller had to clear up a judgement against her before the title company and our real estate attorney would sign off as well as the new COVID-19 documents that ALL lenders were requiring to make sure everyone still had jobs Erica was right there calling and emailing everyone to get the deal done. I could say a whole lot more about this woman but I've said enough and ppl stop reading reviews when they are too long. Do not hesitate to to hire Erica you won't regret it.
